So when I heard about Michael Jackson's death I was pretty shocked, since he was like... my childhood idol XD

I had all his music videos on tape, and I'd watch them almost every day, and danced to his songs and whatnot. Then you know, he got kinda weird and I didn't like him so much, but damn it's still pretty sad to hear about that :c

I seriously felt like crying, cuz Billy Mays was so super awesome and I freakin' loved that new show "Pitchmen" with him in it.

Also, a lot of my electronics are driving me crazy, and I realize that it's mostly just because I'm stupid and don't know how to use them properly.
First of all, my failpod couldn't hold battery life worth crap, and then ~CVizzle told me it's because I was never turning it off properly.

durrrr...

And then for some reason my icat broke! I didn't do anything to it. It just kept doing really annoying things and acting weird so I replaced the batteries and now it just won't turn on. I pressed the reset button, made sure the batteries work and are put in properly, but it's just not even turning on.

So yeah, my brand new icat is just garbage now. Yay. |:

And most recently, today I was on the verge of throwing my laptop out the window.

On purpose.

Last night I had sketched out a new ref sheet for Threnody, and saved it with the file name "ThrenRef2.0". Instead of saving it as a photoshop document like "ThrenRef2.0.psd" it just saved it as a .0 document.

I was like what the eff is a .0 document?

Apparently my computer didn't know either.

I tried to open the file in almost every friggin' program on my computer, and I tried to download more programs to try and open it as well. Most of them weren't even compatible with Vista and wouldn't work.

I also went to Yahoo Answers with the result of people telling me to do things I had already tried.

By the time an hour or two had passed I was about ready to take something heavy to the computer screen, when my step-dad came home and said all I had to do was get the computer to show the file extensions and change it back to .psd.

It took approximately 2 seconds to search online and find how to display file extensions.
And I changed it to .psd

..and it worked.

But by then I really wasn't in the mood to draw anymore XD

At least I got my picture back and I don't have to destroy my laptop ;D

Oh and one more surprise for you guys..
I went to a book store a while ago, looking for some certain books and came across the anime/manga drawing section.

I saw a book saying "how to draw 500 anime creatures" or something like that.
So I picked it up and it had creatures from Japanese mythology like the kitsune and stuff..

and then all of a sudden I noticed that some of the creatures looked a lot like... pokemon
And then every page was like some kind of awful pokemon ripoff XD

I really wanted to buy the book just because of the atrocity but it was a little more than I was willing to pay, so instead I took a few pictures of some pages and made this for you all to view:

There were maybe 200 or so pages with these pokemon things on them, I only took a few pictures.

I still want to go an buy that book, LoL.
